Current status of the church:

At present we are located in north-east Angers, in a heavily populated and sometimes difficult neighborhood called Monplaisir. The church activities include a Sunday morning service, held at 10:30 AM at which we average anywhere between 25 to 35 people. Anytime we schedule some type of special event we can expect to have more people. For example, over 80 people crammed into the meeting room for some recent baptisms. Other activities are a monthly Children’s club (Wednesday), various Bible studies taking place (in homes) and prayer meeting twice a month. About once a quarter the ladies put together a Craft Time. A number of ladies come to these activities designed to share the Gospel. Almost all of our activities are in french, as most of the attenders are French ( a few people do come from other countries). There is an English Bible study for ladies on Friday afternoons.
